These terms and conditions govern the access and use of the website under the domain www.hga.mx (hereafter the "Site") that Hernández Gallego y Asociados, S.C., (hereafter "HGA"), with offices located at Zamora 33-B, Condesa, Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06140, México, D.F, makes available to its users. It is understood that users who access and make use of the Site accept in full each and every one of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Users should carefully read these Terms and Conditions at the time they are to make use of the Site, given that HGA reserves the right to make changes and adjustments to them in accordance with current applicable legislation at any time.
Some services that are within the Site are exclusive for registered users, and may therefore be subject to specific conditions, which will not exclude these Terms and Conditions and / or the Privacy Notice, but will complement them.

Through this Site, HGA provides, among other services, information regarding the history and foundation of the firm, areas of professional services, general clients information, news and publications, as well as information on practice areas and professional experience of their partners, associates and off- counsel, in order to advise on general information that may be of interest. The results of work, legal advice or representation of HGA in the past does not guarantee that similar results will be secured in the future.

The Site, the images shown on it, and all of its contents, including without limitation, documentation in digital format, as well as multimedia material, is protected by copyright and its commercial use belongs exclusively to Hernández Gallego y Asociados, S.C. Due to the foregoing, it is strictly prohibited, save with the prior written consent of HGA, to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, alter, either partially or in full of the Site, the images that are shown and all its contents.
